90 Days of No Hassle Returns !
As part of our commitment to our customers, we allow a 90 day return on un-used items. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service department by phone (972-271-3900) or email to (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will arrange an RGA number (Return Goods Authorization) so that you can arrange your order to be returned. (Customer must have the returned items Freight Pre-Paid & insured), No hassle. No questions asked. As long as there is no sign of the items been modified, used or fitted (Subject to return inspection). It’s that simple! All we ask is that items are returned in the original packaging and outer box within 90 days of invoice date. Used items will be returned at customer’s expense. A repacking fee will be charged for any items that are not in the original packaging.
After your return is initiated with our customer service team, you will receive a RGA NUMBER so that you can start your return process. Once your return order is received, and meets refund requirements your refund will be processed within 5 business days, normally within 24-48 hours.
Please note that once your return has been processed, it may take your credit card company up to 10 days to post the credit to your account.
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
While our shipping team works hard to ensure your order arrives in good condition, occasionally packages get lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged shipment or it is lost by the carrier, we are here to help. Simply contact customer service and we will immediately send a replacement to you at no additional charge once we confirm & establish the damage or lost items.
In the case of a damaged shipment, please do not throw away the item, original packaging or outer box. We will require photo’s of all angles of the damage and we will arrange to have this picked up by the carrier.
